Returns, privacy and terms
The rules we work to, in plain sight: how returns and the 30-day warranty work, what we do with the details you send us, and the terms that govern this site.
Returns & warranty
Eligible returns. We accept returns only when (a) we shipped the wrong part, or (b) an item listed as “New” or “Refurbished” fails within 30 days of delivery. The 30-day warranty is excluded for companies outside the lower 48 states (contiguous U.S. only).
RMA required. Email sales@abindustrialsolution.com within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back. Items returned without an RMA may be refused.
Return label. For approved returns (wrong item, or 30-day failure of a New or Refurbished item) we will issue a return label and provide shipping instructions.
Refund timing. A refund is issued after we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm eligibility.
Return condition & packaging. Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped, with all pieces and accessories, and packaged properly to prevent transit damage. Returns may be denied if items are tampered with, have missing pieces, are installed or used (except as needed for basic functional testing), or are contaminated with dirt, oil, grease or other foreign materials.
As-is sales. Items listed as “Used”, “Cosmetic Damage”, “Mechanical Damage”, “Parts”, or any item not marked “New”, are sold as-is and are non-returnable.
Shipping & risk of loss. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Privacy & the details you send us
When you submit the quote form on this website, the details you enter — your name, company, email address, phone number, the part number and your message — are sent to us so that we can answer your inquiry. We use them for that purpose and to follow up on it.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. We may send you service messages about your inquiries or orders. Marketing emails are optional and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies notice
We use only the minimum cookies and similar technologies necessary to operate and secure our website. We do not use social media tracking pixels or interest-based advertising cookies.
What we use
- Strictly necessary cookies. Needed for core site functions (for example page navigation and basic security). The site will not function properly without them.
- Basic, privacy-respecting analytics (if enabled). May collect anonymous or aggregated information to understand site performance. We do not build advertising profiles.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect site functionality. Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” or similar signals — if we implement such signals we will honor them, otherwise we rely on your cookie settings.
Retention
Necessary cookies typically expire automatically after a short period (for example the session) or a limited duration needed for site security.

We may revise this cookies notice as our site evolves. Updated versions will include a new effective date.
Terms of service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by AB Industrial Solution (“we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
1) Using our site
- You must use the site lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or harm it.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit to us.
- We may change or discontinue features without notice.
2) Accounts & communications
- If you create an account or sign up for emails, keep your credentials safe.
- We may send you service messages about your inquiries or orders. Marketing emails are optional and you can unsubscribe at any time.
3) Orders, pricing and availability
- Listings may change and may be limited or unavailable. Prices are subject to change before purchase.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (for example suspected fraud, or pricing and stock errors). If we cancel after charging you, we will refund the full amount paid.
- Taxes, shipping and handling may apply and will be confirmed before purchase.
4) Shipping & risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5) Product information
- Unless expressly stated, products may be surplus or previously used. You are responsible for verifying compatibility and fitness for your intended use.
- Installation, integration and safe operation are your responsibility unless a written service agreement says otherwise.
6) No professional advice
Content on our site is for general information only and is not engineering, safety or legal advice.
7) Intellectual property
The site’s content (text, images, logos) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, resell or create derivative works without permission.
8) Third-party services
Our site may link to third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies govern those services.
9) Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE OR AN ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE AT ISSUE.
11) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another’s rights.
12) Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflicts of laws rules. Courts located in Wayne County, Michigan will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect operational or legal changes. The updated Terms will be effective when posted with a new effective date.
