Yes, on parts listed as New or Refurbished: if the item fails within 30 days of delivery we will put it right. The 30-day warranty applies to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states) only. Items listed as Used, Cosmetic Damage, Mechanical Damage or Parts are sold as-is and are non-returnable.

We accept returns when we shipped the wrong part, or when an item listed New or Refurbished fails within 30 days of delivery. Email sales@abindustrialsolution.com within 30 days to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back — items returned without an RMA may be refused. For approved returns we issue the return label.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the shipment to the carrier. Every listing shows the packed weight and box dimensions so you can price freight before you commit.
